Mack:
Pedigree Name: CH Mack The Knife Of Almaden CGC  
Mack was our first conformation showdog. He finished from the puppy class, owner/handled in his first 6 all breed shows at 11 months of age. Mack went on to have an outstanding show career. In 1998 he received an Award of Merit at the prestigious Westminster Kennel Club dog show. To date it was the largest entry with 40 entries. For several months Mack ranked #1 and went on to finish as the #3 ranked AmStaff in the country in 1998. Mack received the first Award Of Merit at the National Specialty in Texas 2001 at 6 1/2 year's old. He was owner handled at this event. Mack had a great temperament and relentless drive, which is a characteristic of this breed. He possessed everything this breed is regarded for and his movement was spectacular along with his headpiece.

He was a wonderful dog and true friend who always gave his all in and out of the ring. Gone but never forgotten in our hearts. Thank you my friend Janet for this once in a lifetime opportunity.

At the 1999 National Specialty in Chicago two of Mack’s puppies, CH Skyline’s Saturday Nite Special, (Buster) and Skyline’s Serious Business (Diva) made the remarkable accomplishment of winning Best in Sweepstakes and Best Of Opposite respectively from the 6-9 Puppy Class in Sweepstakes.
